What is your return policy?

As The Vet Society does not hold any inventory and products are sent out by the respective
brands/companies, all returns must go through the individual brands/companies.

If you wish to return a product, you must contact the company that owns the brand.
They will deal with returns on their own basis.

The Vet Society does not hold responsibility for the returning of products.

Where do you ship to?

Fortunately we ship all over Australia and internationally.

We are a global online retailer and all our brands will ship around the world.
Shipping prices will vary dependent on location.

How does delivery work?

As each brand sends out their own products, it will vary according to their processing times.

If you purchased from a single brand, all products will arrive together at the same time.
If you purchased from multiple brands, these will arrive in separate parcels and potentially on different days.
